It is a filament material made by mixing metal and ceramic powders with a resin binder. It can be used in filament-type 3D printers.
Using CeraMo 3D filament, it is possible to create dense sintered products made of metal and ceramics with a relatively inexpensive filament-based 3D printer through debinding and sintering. <CeraFila Features> □ Dense and high-density metal/ceramic sintered parts By using a relatively inexpensive filament-based 3D printer for fabrication and then debinding and sintering, high-density 3D sintered products can be obtained. □ Ease of handling and flexible internal structure control It can be handled immediately after cooling the fabrication. The internal shape can be freely controlled, accommodating hollow and sealed structures. □ Debinding (binder removal) through heating methods Debinding (binder removal) can be achieved using a heating method furnace that does not require solvents or special kilns. □ Filamentization with supplied powders There is a high degree of freedom in materials, and we are open to consultations regarding the production of 3D filaments using your specified powders. We have demo machines (for fabrication and furnaces). Please feel free to consult us regarding prototyping, customization of supplied powders, and selection of 3D printers.

Company information
Our company was established in 1988 as a 100% subsidiary of our parent company, Daichi Kogyo Seiyaku Co., Ltd., in response to the growing demand for compounds for powder injection molding (PIM). Since then, we have been engaged in product development with the cooperation of our customers. Moving forward, we aim to continue advancing our technology development based on the compound technology we have accumulated thus far, and we hope to contribute to the growth of our customers and the industry. We are advancing the provision of materials that expand our manufacturing technology for PIM compounds, including techniques for maintaining shape in near-net shape during debinding and sintering, to 3D printer materials using a material extrusion method (MEX). Additionally, regardless of existing products, please feel free to consult us regarding the mixing of powders and resins.
