The basic cost is excluding tax, with the package software priced at 2 million yen. The cloud version has a server usage fee of 84,000 yen per year, a backup fee of 12,000 yen per year, and maintenance costs of 360,000 yen per year. The on-premises version requires a dedicated server costing 500,000 yen, an HDD for 65,000 yen, and a UPS for 71,000 yen. Implementation support costs will be estimated separately. In infant homes, it is necessary to meticulously record and share the status of each child, including meals, sleep, bowel movements, temperature checks, medication, and medical appointments. Feedback from Kuraki Infant Home highlighted issues such as the difficulty of finding necessary information later with paper records, the challenges of sharing schedules and handovers among staff, and the need to check situations from remote locations during infectious disease responses. Based on this feedback, we have developed features such as an easy-to-use touch interface, voice input, calendar, medication management, and signage display. We are advancing the development of a system that accurately records and shares children's conditions while reducing the burden on the staff.
