Inbound support with multilingual voice guidance! Payment terminal "Topwise Q1" equipped with a sound box.
It is a palm-sized "sound box" that strategically optimizes the introduction costs. It smartly guides diverse face-to-face operational scenes and contributes to generating solid profits. It can effectively handle the rapidly increasing usage of touch payments (NFC) and QR code payments all in one device. It is highly portable, allowing for immediate face-to-face payments simply by placing it where needed. 【Smart on-site assistance guided by sound and screen】 ■ Assisting the site with clear "audio notifications": In addition to audio notifications for completed payments, it smartly handles inbound support in foreign languages and guides traffic flow. This dramatically reduces the burden on staff of peering at screens and the psychological stress of customer interaction. ■ Displaying dynamic QR codes on a large screen for customers: It can display a unique QR code for each transaction. This prevents malicious crimes such as QR code swapping or forgery in advance and also serves as an "expansion into retail media functions" for SNS registration and coupon distribution. ■ Smart "key input" for the store side: It can be used not only as a secure PIN input device but also as a familiar "calculator" for everyday use. Its ultra-compact design at 165g contributes to space-saving without being tied down by wiring.
