Logistics for storage and on-site delivery utilizing urban warehouses for building materials and residential installation materials.
Utilizing urban warehouses as on-site depots. We will establish a logistics system that supports the storage, delivery, and on-site delivery of building materials and residential equipment.
In the logistics of building materials and residential installation materials, it is necessary to accommodate deliveries according to the construction site schedule and the specific delivery conditions of each site. On the other hand, storage space for materials at the site is often limited, making a logistics system that delivers the necessary materials at the right time crucial. Additionally, deliveries to construction sites in urban areas are often affected by delivery distances and traffic conditions, which can pose challenges for improving delivery efficiency. At Dry Kisen, we utilize warehouses located in urban areas to create "on-site depots," allowing us to manage everything from the storage of building materials and residential installation materials to inventory management and site deliveries in one go. This enables planned deliveries that align with the site schedule and improves delivery efficiency. 【For concerns like these】 - There is not enough space for material storage at the site. - I want to improve delivery efficiency to urban areas. - I want to deliver materials according to construction progress. - I want to share inventory status among stakeholders. *For more details, please refer to the PDF available by downloading the "catalog."
