365 Alert is a cloud service for preventing email misdelivery aimed at Microsoft 365 users. It supports not only the Windows and Mac desktop applications but also the new Outlook and Outlook on the web. If an email meets pre-set conditions, a confirmation screen will pop up, or the email will be temporarily held. Rules can be set at the group or user level. Additionally, through integration with Microsoft Teams, users can check held emails from their smartphones or tablets.
