Instant identification of the cause of chocolate stoppage using AI | Factory equipment operation monitoring service

【Free Consultation Available】Simply install an additional CT sensor. It can be implemented without stopping the equipment, and AI automatically classifies the causes of chocolate stops and abnormal stops using data.

"I don't know why it stopped." "There are many minor stops, but I don't know where to start improving." We can solve these concerns with data. This service allows you to retroactively install clamp-type CT sensors on existing equipment to visualize the operating status in real-time. No control modifications or PLC connections are required. The acquired current data is automatically analyzed by AI in the cloud, which classifies and visualizes the causes of minor stops, waiting, setup, and abnormal stops. ▼ Three changes with implementation: - Understand the causes of stops through "data" Move away from relying on intuition and experience for improvements. - Reduce minor stops by up to 30% Average operating rate improvement of +5 to 9 points. - Automatic report generation Significantly reduce the man-hours for aggregation and reporting tasks. We have a proven track record of implementation in various industries, including automotive parts, food, and resin molding. The annual profit improvement effect can be up to 4.8 million yen (a guideline per piece of equipment). For more details, please check by downloading the PDF or feel free to contact us.
