Extending the lifespan of cutting tools and grinding wheels by using it for cooling during cutting and grinding.
The "Cold Air Gun" is an air cooling device that uses compressed air to cool cutting edges and workpieces during dry and semi-dry processing. It can be easily introduced without the need for power or refrigerants, suppressing heat generation during cutting and grinding, contributing to the extension of the lifespan of cutting edges and grinding wheels (including diamond grinding wheels) and stabilizing processing accuracy. With no moving parts, it is maintenance-free and creates a clean processing environment without the need for coolants.

Company information
Our division handles "Transvector," which can be used for applications such as conveying, suction, and discharge. It can be used for various air blowing, air transport, liquid suction and discharge, and water drainage. It reduces the amount of compressed air used and increases the airflow by 4 to 20 times by drawing in surrounding air. It can also improve the working environment with low noise levels. In addition, we also manufacture blowers and construct environmental facilities.
