1. When compressed air is supplied to the vortex tube, the air begins to rotate at high speed due to the action of the special component, the bushing generator, inside the product. This high-speed rotation generates vortex flow, compression, expansion, and pressure differences within the cooler, allowing for the separation of cold air (the side that has lost heat) and hot air (the side that has gained heat). The temperature of the cold air and the amount of cooling are determined by the pressure, temperature, and airflow of the compressed air supplied to the vortex tube (which varies depending on the bushing generator used) and the ratio of the cold air volume to the hot air volume adjusted by the valve on the hot air side of the cooler (cold air ratio). 2. To create stable cold air, please supply clean and dry compressed air.
