Visualize complex on-site adjustments and dramatically improve operational efficiency.
The construction site schedule relied on whiteboards and verbal communication, which placed a significant burden on change notifications and coordination with external contractors. Materials and applications were primarily managed on paper and manually, leading to a situation where recording errors and duplicate work were likely to occur. Therefore, we introduced a construction management system that centrally manages personnel, materials, and processes, allowing for real-time sharing. The digitization of the approval flow increased the transparency of operations, resulting in a substantial reduction in coordination burdens and improved efficiency across the entire site. [Challenges and Expectations Before System Implementation] ■ Difficult to share accurate information with whiteboards and verbal management ■ Challenging to manually assign roles for each construction project ■ Difficult to understand the reservation status of heavy machinery ■ Time-consuming to write reports by hand *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

**Results and Effects After System Implementation** ■ Elimination of Personalization and Time Lag By utilizing web access and LINE Works integration, accurate information sharing that does not depend on location or personnel has become possible, improving decision-making speed and operational efficiency. ■ Smart Optimization of Complex Personnel and Role Assignments The My Schedule feature has optimized the coordination of personnel and external support, allowing for precise personnel allocation as needed. The ability to centrally manage allocation status on the construction detail page reduces mistakes and overlaps, alleviating the adjustment burden on-site. ■ Centralization and Visualization of Heavy Machinery and Material Management The inventory and reservation status of tools and heavy machinery can now be visualized in a list, making it easier to grasp the situation on-site. By linking departmental schedules with material plans, we can prevent omissions and double bookings. Management tasks have been streamlined. ■ Digital Shift of Reporting and Application Tasks The entire process from report creation to approval and output has been digitized, significantly reducing work time. Leave applications have also been systematized, achieving labor reduction and mistake prevention. Furthermore, the introduction of an approval flow has enabled smoother overall operations. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.*
