Non-woven fabric with breathable layer EPDM-based rubber sheet waterproofing material! Significantly reduces adhesive drying time.
We would like to introduce a case where the "Fastback Waterproofing Method" was adopted on the roof of a certain warehouse in Hatsukaichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture. Due to the substrate being deck concrete, there were concerns about the waterproof layer swelling after construction. However, since the Fastback Waterproofing Method uses a vented layer with vulcanized rubber sheets, there was absolutely no swelling after construction, and it is possible to expel moisture from the substrate through the ventilation device. Additionally, since the construction method involves a one-sided adhesion technique and the drying time of the adhesive can be significantly shortened, the installation was completed quickly.
