The photo ledger will be completed soon. A construction company with a four-member team managing both the site and office dramatically improves operational efficiency.
Work Projects Co., Ltd. (Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture, 4 employees) specializes in interior and exterior painting, waterproofing work, and renovations. The representative, Mr. Hidaka, manages both the field and office work alone while handling a wide range of tasks, and improving operational efficiency has been a significant management challenge. He learned about CONOC at a construction industry event at Tokyo Big Sight and decided to implement it, thinking, "Field management might become much easier." After the implementation, he particularly felt the benefits in creating photo logs. Since the photos taken on-site are directly reflected in the logs, the time-consuming tasks of organizing photos and preparing documents have been completed swiftly. Confident that it would become a powerful tool to dramatically improve operational efficiency, Mr. Hidaka plans to further expand the use of the CONOC construction industry cloud with an eye on new business expansion. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact CONOC.

Company information
There is a shortage of manpower. As a result, there is also a shortage of time. Right now, such a vicious cycle is occurring in the construction industry. However, I believe that what is most lacking is digitalization. If we can make inefficiencies efficient and create new connections, we can change the common sense of the past and the world itself. We truly believe this. Starting from manufacturing, knowing the field inside and out, and above all, valuing people. That’s why we want to find more ways to make people smile. Can we focus more on things that only people can do? Can we allocate more time to the challenges that we, as a company, should face? We want to continue to ask these questions. Let’s turn the common sense of the construction industry upside down. Now, towards a new future, let’s go together.
