We would like to introduce a case where "Yellowfin" has been integrated into NTT TechnoCross Corporation's "ForeSight Voice Mining." The old version of the dashboard was handmade by the company and lacked flexibility, requiring program modifications for changes to meet customer requests. After evaluating the ease of adding to existing products and the simplicity of drill-down operations, "Yellowfin" was adopted.
