Cloud-based estimation and quotation for the construction industry [Raku Oh! Workspace]
Estimation Software Rakuou Series
Is that calculation still done manually?
The construction industry web service "RakuOh! Workspace," which inherits the functions and know-how of "Hiroi-kun" and "Rakuou," has been significantly renewed, centralizing everything from item extraction to estimate creation in the cloud. It can be used with just a credit card registration, and there is no need for complicated installations, making it easy to get started. AI features are also planned for release by the fiscal year 2026. 【Item Extraction Function】 ◆ Bulk Extraction Simply click on the drawings to extract lengths, areas, and wall areas all at once. Subtractions for windows and doors, as well as the perimeter of sashes, are automatically calculated. ◆ Save Custom Extraction Methods Extraction rules can be registered and retrieved. Registering materials helps standardize work and eliminate dependency on specific individuals. 【Estimation Function】 ◆ Import Extraction Data The quantities calculated with the "Extraction Function" can be directly imported into the estimate. This eliminates the need for transcription work, creating a seamless flow from item extraction to the estimate document. ◆ Customization of Calculation Formulas and Forms, Master Management Utilize the customization features for calculation formulas and forms, as well as master functions, to easily create estimates that fit your company's rules and layout. This prevents price variations among responsible personnel and maintains stable estimation accuracy.
