When installing disaster preparedness storage items or outdoor equipment storage (sheds) at schools, medical facilities, or welfare facilities, it may be necessary to respond to building confirmation applications in cases where the installation area exceeds 10m². In facility management, it is important to consider whether building regulations apply, among other factors. The "FORTA series" uses designated building materials under Article 37 of the Building Standards Act for its main structural components, making it a product that is easy to adapt to situations requiring confirmation applications.
