It is designed to withstand strong winds, earthquakes, and heavy snowfall, resulting in a sturdier structure than typical storage units. The aluminum panel doors for entry and exit are custom-made, providing a larger opening and higher strength than standard sash doors. The floor is covered with 12mm thick waterproof plywood on a robust base frame, allowing for the storage of heavy items. Insulation materials are used in the ceiling and walls, and ventilation openings are installed.
