This is a steel grating used as a raised cover for free slope ditches (VS ditches and variable ditches). It features a structure that raises the height with pipes to accommodate the space for concrete covers, and it is standardized to match the product sizes of various concrete manufacturers. It is available in two sizes: L1000mm and L500mm, with an option for soundproof rubber. It is listed as a general product (high-tensile steel grating) and can be widely used in both public and private construction projects. The main material uses high-tensile steel, which has higher strength than conventional steel, achieving an average cost reduction of 2% compared to SS400 steel grating of the same standard, as well as a reduction in weight and approximately 25% less CO2 emissions during manufacturing and transportation. It accommodates a wide range of specifications, including coarse and fine mesh, transverse and longitudinal, and load capacities from T-2 to T-25.

Structure of Grating Bearing Bar: The main component that supports the load, arranged vertically, at equal intervals, and parallel. Twist Bar: An auxiliary component electrically pressure-welded at a right angle to the bearing bar, using twisted hexagonal steel to keep the bearing bars vertical and parallel, preventing buckling. End Bar: Steel material welded at the end (end) in a direction perpendicular to the main component to provide edging.
