Environmentally friendly high-tensile steel grating.
This is a bolt-fixed type of steel grating used as a cover for site-cast side ditches. The structure fixes the grating with bolts welded to the receiving frame, preventing noise, theft, and bouncing caused by looseness. It is ideal for crossing areas frequently traversed by vehicles and locations with a high risk of theft. A soundproof rubber option (BTNR type) is also available, allowing for further noise reduction. It is listed as a general product (high-tensile steel grating) and can be widely used in both public and private construction projects. The main material uses high-tensile steel, which has higher strength than conventional steel, achieving an average cost reduction of 2% compared to SS400 steel grating of the same standard, as well as weight reduction and approximately 25% reduction in CO2 emissions during manufacturing and transportation. It accommodates ditch widths from 200 to 500 and is available in coarse and fine mesh, with load capacities ranging from T-14 to T-25.

Structure of Grating Bearing Bar: The main member that supports the load, arranged vertically, at equal intervals, and parallel to each other. Twist Bar: An auxiliary member electrically welded at a right angle to the bearing bar, using twisted hexagonal steel to keep the bearing bars vertical and parallel, preventing buckling. End Bar: Steel material welded at the end (edge) in a direction perpendicular to the main member to provide edging.
