The "Baritack III-R model" employs a wet process and is a polishing machine that operates using water and abrasive liquids. The first axis is equipped with a polishing wheel that rapidly rotates and oscillates 10mm left and right, effectively removing stubborn burrs generated from laser cutting and pressing in one go. It prevents warping and discoloration of the workpiece due to friction heat, maintaining precision even for thin plates and precision parts.
