Environmentally friendly high-tensile steel grating.
This is a steel grating used as a raised cover for JIS road side ditches (drop lid type U-shaped ditches PU2 and PU3). It features a structure that raises the height with pipes to fit the space for concrete covers, allowing for easy use by simply placing the cover on precast products. In addition to being suitable for JIS road ditches, it also widely accommodates grating for longitudinal side ditches designed to match the product sizes of various concrete manufacturers. Listed as a general product (high-tensile steel grating), it can be used extensively in both public and private construction projects. The main material uses high-tensile steel, which has a higher strength than conventional steel, achieving an average cost reduction of 2% compared to SS400 steel grating of the same standard, as well as lightweight design and approximately 25% reduction in CO2 emissions during manufacturing and transportation. It is available in a wide range of specifications, including coarse and fine mesh, transverse and longitudinal, and load capacities from T-2 to T-25.

Structure of Grating Bearing Bar: The main member that supports the load, arranged vertically, at equal intervals, and parallel to each other. Twist Bar: An auxiliary member electrically pressure-welded at a right angle to the bearing bar, using twisted hexagonal steel to keep the bearing bars vertical and parallel, preventing buckling. End Bar: Steel material welded at the end (end) in a direction perpendicular to the main member to provide edging.
