The D-Lite D Board method involves manufacturing D-Lite wrapped with 3M TM DiNOC TM film in the factory, and then installing it on-site as non-combustible decorative panels with necessary processing. One of its features is that it allows for a uniform and beautiful finish since the panels are produced in the factory. Additionally, compared to methods that apply the film on-site, it makes it easier to achieve sharp cross joints. The D-Lite used as the base material is a lightweight, easy-to-handle proprietary material from DAIKEN, similar to wood. It can be easily processed with common tools such as circular saws, hand saws, cutters, and sandpaper, making it convenient for size adjustments and fitting on-site. A significant feature of the D-Lite D Board method is that the edges processed during adjustments can be finished with paint. This contributes to reducing work time, minimizing rework risks, and stabilizing construction quality.
