This is a case where a customer in the driving agency industry introduced 10 IP radios through our long-term rental original plan "Subsc5." Due to high usage frequency, there has been an increase in failures and communication issues caused by equipment aging, and the time taken for replacement of faulty devices has become a challenge. After the introduction, we established a system where replacement devices can arrive as soon as the next day if the equipment fails.
