High-Resolution Multi-Spectral and Thermal Camera for UAV MicaSense ALTUM-PT
ALTUM-PT is a multifunctional camera that combines two types of special cameras: a multispectral camera and a thermal camera. Additionally, the multispectral camera boasts the highest level of resolution for UAV use. Furthermore, by performing high-resolution processing using panchromatic images, it is possible to obtain high-resolution multispectral images that rival visible light photographs. Analyzing images from the multispectral and thermal cameras using remote sensing software such as Pix4D fields allows for the collection of various information that cannot be discerned in visible light. By attaching a light sensor called DLS2 to the top of the UAV, it is possible to collect data on sunlight conditions and correct the data from the multispectral and thermal cameras. This enables direct comparison of data captured on sunny days with that captured on cloudy days.
