Establish a system and procedures suitable for factory and plant sites!
The "OT Incident Response Construction Service" is a service that supports the establishment of an OT incident response system suitable for the on-site departments of factories and plants. It organizes the roles and collaboration necessary for responding in an OT environment, ensuring that personnel can act decisively during an incident by including procedures, flows, and training in the setup. The standard duration is approximately six months. We will propose where to start with system development, procedure creation, and training support while considering the scope and current situation of the targeted factory or line. We will organize it into an easily executable form while leveraging existing rules. [Overview of Support] ■ Organization of Structure and Roles: Clarification of OTSIRT roles and communication/collaboration ■ Development of Procedures and Flows: Formulation of guidelines/response flows ■ Training Design and Implementation Support: Creation of exercise materials and instructor support for exercises *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
