We would like to introduce a case where we provided our on-site services to AOKI Holdings, which operates approximately 1,300 stores, and supported their management transformation through data utilization. At the company, there was no dedicated personnel to grasp the location and status of the data, and outputs required requests to external vendors. No one recognized the importance of data. Our on-site members were responsible for building a data management infrastructure using BigQuery, developing dashboards, and analyzing purchasing and customer satisfaction data. They contributed to creating a culture within the company that focuses on data.
