**Lecture Overview** In response to social issues such as labor shortages, social robots (humanoid robots) realized through Physical AI are gaining global attention as a new means of solution. This presentation will explore how Japan should leverage its manufacturing strengths in the context of increasing presence of manufacturers from the U.S. and China, while introducing Kawasaki Heavy Industries' (KHI) DNA of directly addressing social challenges.
