"Unisort Flake" is a system developed specifically for the sorting of fine materials that require high-level purity and processing capability. The transportation of the materials to be sorted on the conveyor belt can be evenly accelerated to over 3 meters per second. Materials passing through the detection part are identified by their spectral characteristics (using NIR) or color, and are accurately sorted by a high-speed valve line.
