The packaging machines connected to the line are not limited to shrink packaging machines and pillow packaging machines. Our GG machine uses stretch film to meet various packaging needs. Since it does not apply heat to the items and eliminates the need to cut off excess film caused by size differences in packaging, it can be operated at a low running cost. All products are semi-customized, allowing us to propose various packaging forms tailored to the shape of the items and the operational style. We offer a wide range of options, including packaging and bundling of long items, complete packaging that includes front and back combinations with bubble cushioning materials and sheets, integrated tray packaging to reduce cushioning materials, and two selectable types of packaging ideal for tires and coiled items, all of which can connect to your line. By registering the packaging method in advance as a "recipe," you can choose the optimal wrapping method for the items, and it is also possible to set it to flow to the next process without wrapping as needed. The GG machine realizes packaging and operations that closely align with the unique requirements of each customer.
