The header box is a "terminal for equipment," where piping for water supply, hot water supply, and air conditioning is concentrated. On-site construction requires significant effort for adjusting the position of pipe penetrations and waterproofing, making "high-precision opening processing" and "securing maintenance space" essential. The header section, where multiple pipes intersect complexly, can be resolved by precast products that alleviate the difficulties of positioning and sleeve installation on-site.
