The foundation, or chamber, requires a robust structure that can withstand repeated water pressure loads and maintain long-term quality. The chambers for installing sluice gates (flap gates and slide gates) must have resistance to water pressure, precise installation holes, and excellent water-tightness. The risk of "on-site construction failures (such as misalignment of bolt positions)" is resolved through "precise integrated molding produced in the factory." ▪ Elimination of bolt position misalignment: Inserts are embedded in the factory according to gate specifications, completely eliminating the need for chemical anchor installation or rework due to positional misalignment on-site. ▪ Gate installation on the same day: There is no need to wait for the concrete curing period. The gate body can be installed immediately after setup, making it ideal for urgent construction ahead of the flood season. ▪ Highly water-tight integrated structure: The chamber body and installation surface are integrally molded in the factory. This reduces the risk of leakage from joints and provides reliable water-tight performance on-site. (There are also retrofit products available.)
