Air pass filter for delicatessen stores

Maintaining oil removal rates while addressing kitchen heat!

In a deli, the deterioration of the kitchen environment due to cooking oil smoke and heat can affect the freshness and quality of food. This is especially true for cooking methods that use a lot of oil, such as frying, where oil smoke can easily fill the store, worsening the working environment for employees and increasing the risk of odor transfer to food and quality degradation. Air path filters improve ventilation efficiency in the kitchen by reducing air resistance while maintaining oil removal rates, providing a comfortable environment. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Kitchens that prepare fried foods - Kitchens close to the display area for prepared foods - Kitchens with poor ventilation that tend to trap oil smoke 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Suppresses odor transfer to food caused by oil smoke - Reduces temperature rise in the kitchen, maintaining food freshness - Improves the working environment for employees and enhances labor productivity
