Improving the hygiene environment of the kitchen while maintaining the oil removal rate.
In school lunch kitchens, high hygiene management is required to ensure food safety. Oil smoke deteriorates the air environment in the kitchen and raises concerns about its impact on cooking utensils and ingredients. Air path filters enhance ventilation efficiency in the kitchen by reducing air resistance while maintaining oil removal rates, thus maintaining a hygienic environment. (Approved by the Japan Food Service Equipment Association, JFEA) 【Usage Scenarios】 - School lunch kitchens - Cooking areas with high oil smoke - Places where hygiene management is emphasized 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Improvement of hygiene environment through oil smoke removal - Enhanced ventilation efficiency - Realization of a comfortable kitchen environment
