"PitLog Mobile" is a service that, while based on pitlog, uses a smartphone for photography instead of an AI camera. It is submitted to customers as a post-work explanatory video (evidence, proof of work). When additional work, such as replacement parts, arises during the job, explaining and confirming with the customer eliminates the time lost in having them come to the work area (pit) to check the actual vehicle and obtain their approval, thereby improving work efficiency and significantly reducing waiting times.
