"SPITER" is a new one-hole RI density and moisture meter that can measure depths that conventional surface-type RI density and moisture meters could not measure. It can measure density and moisture not only at the ground surface but also in areas deeper than 50 cm. By using an extension rod, measurements can be taken at any desired depth, allowing for an understanding of the depth distribution of density and moisture within the ground.
