We will introduce a case where a popular store opened in a prime location without drainage facilities, revitalizing the facility!

We would like to introduce a case where the "Dirty Waste Big NA (BG-201NA)" was adopted for a tapioca milk tea shop opening at a tea stand (inside a train station building). In this case, there was a tenant scheduled to vacate on the floor of the train station building, and the location was expected to attract customers as it is right after the ticket gate and directly in front of the entrance to the station building. However, there was a challenge as the previous tenant was also an apparel shop, and there was no drainage facility. As a result of the adoption, we were able to open in a prime location, and with the opening of a popular store that attracts long lines, the facility was revitalized, and the property value increased, among other benefits.
