This is a case of a first-class river embankment that had been troubled by annual grass cutting. The trial construction conducted in the neighboring area had good results, receiving high praise from the client and local residents. Due to strong requests from the local residents, the initial design of turf installation was changed to a geotextile sheet. 【Case Overview】 ■ Construction Location: Shizuoka Prefecture ■ Construction Date: July 2024 Nihon Seishokubai aims to closely support each site, including measures against falling rocks from embankments, vegetation mats/sheets, riverbank protection, parks/green spaces, and more.
