A dispatch support system that allows centralized online management of dump truck orders.
Simplifying dump truck dispatch operations.
"Smart Dispatch" is a dispatch support system that allows for centralized online management of dump truck and truck orders. In the construction and transportation industries, sudden requests like "I need three more trucks tomorrow!" are common. With this dispatch system, you can simply register your trusted companies, and sudden orders and support requests can be completed online. It eliminates communication errors via LINE or phone calls and effectively utilizes available personnel and vehicles. Flexible settings from a field perspective, such as "send to companies other than D and E," are also possible. Now, more than ever, efficient and accurate dispatch management is essential due to labor shortages. The UI design of the management screen has been refined to ensure that anyone can easily operate it. Flexible settings tailored to field needs, such as order placement, order receipt, history management, and exclusion sending, are possible. Furthermore, employees who cannot log in can check their work details from a dedicated page, preventing information discrepancies. Digital transformation of dispatch operations made easy for everyone.
