We often serve customers in booths for hearing tests and ear impressions, and when we are inside the booth, it can be difficult to notice customers who come to the counter. By installing a mirror that reflects a wide area in a position visible from the booth, we are able to check the reception area while assisting customers, which has been very helpful.
