By using Duck Clean SC-W and SC-C, cleaning the scrubber during regular maintenance becomes easy. Clean the inside of the scrubber with SC-W, and then continue to use SC-C, which reduces the need for packing material replacement to almost zero! This decreases the number of times the line needs to be stopped, reducing the burden on the production line. Additionally, using an automatic titration device significantly reduces the need for manual labor.

Inject a certain amount of SC-W (15-20% of the water storage volume) into the scrubber and circulate for 6-8 hours, then proceed to drainage treatment. Fill the water tank with water and add a certain amount of SC-C (10-15% of the water storage volume) for normal operation. After that, add SC-C to the water tank at 10-15% every 7-10 days. *It is recommended to use an automatic titration device.
