We would like to introduce the case of our avatar security robot "ugo TS series" being additionally deployed at the Hankyu Umeda Main Store in Osaka. The store has been utilizing "ugo" since 2022, examining the effectiveness of robot security and the challenges in actual operations. Gradually, robot security has blended into daily life, deepening the understanding of employees and visitors, while optimizing operational aspects has progressed.
