The KHS-56BT (KHS56BT) is a wireless headset (Bluetooth) manufactured by JVC Kenwood (JVCKENWOOD). It allows for wireless calls when connected to JVC Kenwood's digital simple radio, specific low-power transceivers, as well as smartphones and PCs. With two high-performance MEMS microphones and an ON/OFF active noise cancelling (ANC) feature, clear calls can be made even in noisy environments. You can choose between "PTT mode," which transmits only while the PTT button is pressed, and "PTT hold mode," which continues to transmit until the button is pressed again. The PTT button is designed to be large and easy to press, with a button layout that minimizes the risk of accidental operation. The ear tips are compatible with both ears, and by changing the orientation of the ear hook, they can be worn on either ear. Since they do not completely block both ears, surrounding sounds can still be heard, allowing for the option to switch the ear used while on duty. They feature in-ear types for enhanced sound isolation and open types focused on comfort (each available in three sizes), making them comfortable to wear for long periods without causing ear pain. Using the included ear hook also prevents them from falling out. They are IP55 dust and water resistant.
