Features of the Grid Fixed Ceiling: - Developed by advancing the ceiling substrate system technology using square pipes (TEC method). - Compatible with specific ceilings. - The ends are secured to the walls, eliminating clearance and achieving a gapless ceiling. - Due to the "gapless" ceiling secured at the ends, it is not classified as a "suspended ceiling" as defined in Notification No. 771. - Achieves a horizontal allowable load of 7000N and a natural period of less than 0.1 seconds, resulting in an "integrated ceiling" that moves together with the structural framework during an earthquake. - Even when the ceiling height exceeds 2m, it can be accommodated by adding horizontal reinforcements every 1.5 to 2m. - The spacing between suspension bolts is acceptable at 1.2m pitch. - Obtained architectural technical performance certification from Bureau Veritas Japan (No. BVJ-PA22-003). There are numerous cases where music halls that were turned down by other companies have been renovated with the grid fixed ceiling.
