[Silicatec Construction Case] Underground Parking Lot of a Commercial Building in Setagaya, Tokyo
A case where water leakage occurred again due to the deterioration of the sealing material used for crack repair in the past!
We would like to introduce a case of waterproofing work carried out in the underground parking lot of a commercial building. In this parking lot, water leakage was a significant issue caused by rainwater dripping from parked cars every time it rained. The sealing material used for repairing existing cracks was removed and re-repaired. After that, silica tech was spread over the entire floor, and any remaining material that did not penetrate was removed. Finally, an inspection was conducted, and if it was confirmed that there was no leakage, the waterproofing work would be completed.
