We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of our BPO service "MaruMoba" at Yoshizumi Holdings, where business smartphones are utilized across many departments, from sales and consulting to engineering. Before the implementation, when devices were needed internally, initial setup and accessory preparation were carried out, and the devices were lent to users. When devices were returned by departing employees, their condition was checked, and they were initialized and maintained before being stored. Now, returned devices are sent directly to our company, and we have transitioned to a system that handles everything from condition checks to management and redistribution in one go. Inventory status is also visualized in real-time, the area around the cabinets is organized, and the overall outlook for management operations has greatly improved.
