In this month's issue, I have been given two sessions to write about my "Tetsu-chan's Winning! Store Manager School." First Session - Five Management Second Session - 52-Week MD Management The themes remain the same as before. Five Management focuses on "Countermeasures for Vegetable Price Declines" 52-Week MD Management covers "Weekly MD Information for September" This month's Five Management continues to focus on the fresh produce sector, following the June and July issues. The June issue highlighted key products by month The July issue discussed market fluctuations In this month's issue, as mentioned earlier, I am writing about "Countermeasures for Vegetable Price Declines," specifically addressing the inevitable sales slump that occurs during periods of low vegetable prices and how to respond using fruits from the same fresh produce sector through concrete examples. I always think that vegetable prices greatly influence performance. Ultimately, this is reported as a key factor synonymous with the performance forecasts of the vegetable sector. "How do we respond to that?" This has always been a question I pondered during my time as an active store manager, and I have written about my experiences implementing countermeasures alongside the department chief.
