In principle, when creating this plan and implementing initiatives, they should consult the Comprehensive Consultation Center for Improving Care Productivity established in the prefecture. 2-2: Business Improvement Support by Consulting Companies Based on the Productivity Improvement Guidelines, support related to productivity improvement should be obtained from a third party with knowledge and experience in this area when introducing care technology through this project, based on individual contracts, including 1) preliminary evaluation (issue extraction), 2) advice and guidance related to business improvement, and 3) post-evaluation (including support for establishing after implementation).
