To understand market needs and target demographics, we would like to introduce a case study from a client in the promotional planning department who utilizes "Surveyloid" to conduct their own research with survey monitors. Regarding beauty products released by the company, there have been changes in purchase rates across different age groups, and we wanted to confirm consumer psychology that cannot be inferred from purchasing data, so we conducted a survey. After the survey, we were able to grasp the current situation by actually conducting the questionnaire, which allowed us to make decisions with quantitative evidence for future directions.
