What is an efficient method for recovering precious metals? "Non-ferrous metal sorting system"
We propose to enhance added value through the recovery and sorting of valuable metals such as copper, aluminum, and brass using eddy current and color sorting technology, achieving high-purity non-ferrous metal recovery.
What kind of system is the non-ferrous metal sorting system? - It is a recovery system for non-ferrous metals that combines our non-ferrous metal sorting machine, conveyor equipment, and color sorter. 1. Non-ferrous metals (such as copper, aluminum, brass, etc.) are sorted using eddy currents in the non-ferrous metal sorting machine. 2. Non-ferrous metals (such as copper, aluminum, brass, etc.) are sorted by color using the color sorter. What are the benefits? - Recovery of valuable metals (such as aluminum, copper, brass, etc.) from processed materials. - Reduction of the number of personnel required for manual sorting, leading to lower labor costs. ★ Sample tests are currently being accepted! Company information
"A company that is both old and new"! The predecessor of Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery was established as Mitsubishi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. Nagasaki Steel Works during the Taisho era, and it traces back to Mitsubishi Steel Co., Ltd. Nagasaki Steel Works, which became independent in 1942. In 1975, it was established by inheriting the industrial machinery and steel structure manufacturing division of the same company. The technology of Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery is based on the skills developed as a cast and forged steel manufacturer since the Mitsubishi Steel era. Supported by tradition and new technologies, the company continues its unique research and development and technical refinement, skillfully integrating engineering (design technology) and manufacturing (production technology) in a well-balanced manner, actively engaging in product development and business expansion.
