With the eaves ventilation component [ep120 zero-eave], we have obtained the industry's first "semi-fire-resistant structure with 120 minutes of eaves" as of February 2025 (according to the "Records related to the certification of structural methods" issued by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism).
