This machine is a hydraulic crawler winch developed for long-distance overhead wire construction. It is equipped with a hydraulic oil cooling system to accommodate long hours of operation, allowing for control of the rise in hydraulic oil temperature. During overhead wire work, the tension, speed, and length of the wire during winding and unwinding are displayed on a control panel for visual management.
