"Sim-BRANE" is a system that allows you to place pre-registered crane models at the planned location with a single click and reproduce the basic movements of boom elevation, rotation, and extension simply by moving the sliders on the operation panel. It implements a series of keyframe registration and editing functions from lifting the assembled bridge components to completing the installation, as well as calculating the safety factor of the rated load and the outrigger reaction force, and a bulk output function for simulation results in an Excel sheet. This visualizes the risk of crane tipping due to insufficient ground support from overloaded lifting loads, supporting the creation of safer construction plans.
